The error message of when adding content or student information

When there is something missing, the red bar appears quickly and disappears.

The message does not tell you what was wrong or missing. As an admin, I have to figure out why it did not work. The system should tell us or highlight the field that is causing the issue. EXample.. when adding classroom training it required field are indicated. I left the minute field at zero as it is not marked required and my class was two days.  I got the red error message and had to go figure out I had to change the value.  It is not marked or indicated.
