Can we add the same functionality learners have in their My Learning for external training credits for administrators? A button that would allow the same tracking under each learner and team profile.
"how I intend to use this feature is to continue to promote use inside of BL – today our employees who request outside learning (conferences) complete a form and send to me via DocuSign. I then review, approve or not, document costs and dates and learner information on a spreadsheet. Monthly, when I do my reports, I then have to pull my info from BL and from my spreadsheet and combine outside learning expenses. The title ‘recent learning’ is deceiving for our employees as it’s something they have to have complete and approved before they can register, attend, or even book travel.
Then on the flipside w/ the admin piece – for the same reasons as above however my mgmt. team adoption to filling out there may be a challenge and/or often w/ my senior ldr peers – its’ very last minute and I approve then complete the papers. "
