Custom Messaging

As an admin, i would like to be able to customize the subject line of messages based upon a variety of email field replacements like name (first, last, user, etc.) to make it customized to employee. This will also enable my managers to know which employees still aren't completing courses, at a glance, rather than having to open every single email.
