As an admin I'd like to be able to assign certifications in stages. Where Part 2 is not assigned until Part 1 is complete. Also, I would like to be able to set up recurring training. Our Ethics policy, for example, is to be reviewed every year by every employee. I'd like to be able to assign it once with it auto-assigning every year on January 1 with a dues date of January 31st, for example.
