Thank you for adding the name component of the sender email in an assignment email.
This is an improvement from the sender listed only as email@example.com
I would suggest that additional customization to the email would be beneficial. By allowing the company to use the Branding page to enter an email name it would support an organization’s brand. The email name is generally the first and most important identifier of the email. By allowing the customer to enter their own email identifier it would help users identify with the customer’s brand.
Current: "BizLibrary <firstname.lastname@example.org>"
Proposed “IMEC University <email@example.com>"
Alternatively, the customized name could be input in each Scheduled Message
