Status Reports should allow ability to pull down departments.

I would like a report with all of the department information, supervisors, etc., so I can sort out my department information and notify the supervisors of who has not completed anti-harassment training.

 

In this instance I have a new team created with all learners  who are required to complete the training however I have no way of knowing from the report what department they are on.

    I had a client that asked for the ability to download the status report that indicates which team the learner is in. I know that multiple people can be in multiple teams, but maybe the default can be the highest parent team they are in. Or maybe it can include the duplicates so that if the report was exported into Excel, you could sort by team and just arrange it that way to review usage within each team (or create a pivot table). Here is a client that mentioned it:

    By the way -  I can now download the status report from the team section. However that report does not show teams. Is there another one that shows status and includes teams?

    I also had this request come in today - 

     

    Hi Alex,

     

    Is it possible to get a report of usage for each person for the month which includes their manager’s name?  I don’t see an option to combine usage data along with informational fields such as manager, department, etc.
