Reporting on Ratings and Comments

As an administrator I would like to be able to run a report and see what our users are rating custom and BL Collection content with comments. I can see this report being valuable if I'm able to sort it by content, rating, and rated content with or without comments. I would like to use this report to help determine if our users are finding our custom content valuable. Additionally, I'd like to see how only our users are rating BL Collection content. This would be valuable in determining if there is content which is not meeting our needs.

    Garney Construction (28k ARR, 81 client score) is requesting the ability to have a report that provides all specific comments/reviews of their 516 pieces of custom content. They are attempting to incorporate a goal similar to our content team's - a specific rating - but they want to see reviews to see how employees are responding. They meet with leadership quarterly to present this information, but needs to be able to easily mass export a comments/reviews report (NOT Ratings).

    Aside from helping this client out, this would be a unique feature that might help entice others to our LMS and help retain our advanced clients.
