Messaging - assignment messaging

I have a couple clients that are making assignments days and weeks prior to the start date of the assignment. Because they have messaging set up to go to learners when the assignment has been made the learners get the assignment prior to the start date. This is confusing learners and frustrating the program managers. The idea is that there be messaging to go out to employees not when the assignment is made but at the start of the assignment.
