As a company with 500+ employees, we often need to train the entire company annually on code of ethics, harassment, or compliance related courses. We set deadlines for completion for these type of courses, and once that deadline has passed we need to be able to run or build a report that shows us a list of employees that are incomplete, the specific course that is outstanding, and the manager of the employee. We were told showing the employee's manager on the report is not possible. It would really beneficial for us to have access to a report that includes all 3 fields, because follow up to ensure course completion is the manager's responsibility. Without the ability to report out on that, we are having to manually add the manager line by line, then sort our workbook to target our follow-ups at the managers.
