Categorize the client marketing resources

as an administrator, it's difficult to find a useful marketing file the way the resources are currently organized. admins basically have to download the item before they can tell if it's going to be useful or not.

    The marketing resources would need to be set up with the new topic structure instead of the content groups (that will eventually go away) to be able to use the facets for filtering. What topics would be relevant/preferred? Same as before? An Admin of this content will be able to create and customize those topics internally.

    AreĀ there other considerations that would be helpful to provide Administrators with enough context?
